I move that the Board of Education approve the two year Custodial Services Contract extension with Enviro-clean to provide custodial services for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 fiscal years, totaling a not-to-exceed $2,335,180 and $2,464,228, respectively, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize the terms of the extension.

D. Adoption of Oakland Schools Biennial Election Resolution

I move the the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education designates Howard Baron as its representative, and John VanGemert as its alternate, to serve on 2022 electoral body responsible for electing members to the Oakland Schools Intermediate School District Board of Education.
I move the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education supports (candidate) and (candidate) for the two (2) positions on the Oakland Schools Intermediate School District Board of Education for a term of six (6) years ending June 30, 2028.
I move the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education directs its representative to vote for (candidate) and (candidate) on the first ballot taken at the June 6, 2022 election.
