Request to Approve Disbursement Reports Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education approve the disbursement reports, as presented. E. Request to Approve Monthly Financial Reports Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education approve the financial reports, as presented. F. Request to Approve Enviro-Clean Contract Extension Jacob McDermott, Director of Physical Plant Services I move that the Board of Education approve the two year Custodial Services Contract extension with Enviro-clean to provide custodial services for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 fiscal years, totaling a not-to-exceed $2,335,180 and $2,464,228, respectively, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize the terms of the extension. Request to Support (Disapprove) Oakland Schools Proposed FY23 General Fund Budget Howard Baron, Board Designate I move that the Board of Education adopt the attached resolution in support of, or to disapprove, the FY 2022-23 proposed budget for Oakland Schools. D. Adoption of Oakland Schools Biennial Election Resolution Board of Education Three part motion: I move the the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education designates Howard Baron as its representative, and John VanGemert as its alternate, to serve on 2022 electoral body responsible for electing members to the Oakland Schools Intermediate School District Board of Education. I move the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education supports (candidate) and (candidate) for the two (2) positions on the Oakland Schools Intermediate School District Board of Education for a term of six (6) years ending June 30, 2028. I move the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education directs its representative to vote for (candidate) and (candidate) on the first ballot taken at the June 6, 2022 election. 10. Adjournment 1.
