Request to Approve Monthly Financial Reports Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education approve the financial reports, as presented. E. Request to Approve Disbursement Reports Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education approve the disbursement reports, as presented. F. Request to Approve Resolution Authorizing 2022 Refunding Bonds Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education adopt the attached resolution authorizing the 2022 Refunding Bonds related to the 2013 School Building and Site Bonds for Bloomfield Hills High School. G. Request to Appoint Underwriter for 2022 Refunding of 2013 Bonds Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education appoint J.P. Morgan as the underwriter for the 2022 Refunding Bonds to refund a portion of the District's 2013 Building and Site Bonds. H. Request to Approve National School Board Association Membership Renewal Board of Education I move the Board of Education approve renewal of membership with the National School Boards Association in the amount of $4,165.00 for the 2022 calendar year. Naming of Elementary Schools Board of Education In accordance with Board Policy and upon overwhelming preference of the community, I move that the board of education reaffirm the following names for Bloomfield Hills Schools Elementary Schools: Conant Elementary School, located at 4100 West Quarton Road Eastover Elementary School, to be located at 2800 Kensington Road (Fall 2023) Lone Pine Elementary School, to be located at 2601 Lone Pine Road (Fall 2023) Way Elementary School, located at 765 West Long Lake Road B. Second Reading of Policy 8011 - Vaccination and Testing Board of Education I move the Board of Education adopt Board Policy 8011 - Vaccination and Testing as presented. The first reading was on January 13, 2022, and the second reading was on January 27, 2022. C. Second Reading of Board Policies Keith McDonald, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources & Title IX Coordinator I move the Board of Education adopt the Board Policies as presented. The first reading was on December 2, 2021, and the second reading was on January 27, 2022. D. Approval of Vision Statement Board of Education I move the Board of Education adopt the vision statement as follows: Bloomfield Hills Schools will empower every student to achieve their goals and will strive to ensure proportionately high outcomes for all students in our educational system. E. Approval of 2022 Internal Board Goals Board of Education I move the Board of Education approve the internal goals, listed numerically 1-11, for calendar year 2022 as presented. F.
