endowment fund, both held and managed by the Community Foundation for Southeast
Michigan.
H. Request to Award Bid 1035 - Asbestos Abatement

I move the Board of Education approve Bid #1035, Asbestos Abatement (Lahser and Booth
Center) to Abatement & Demolition Services, LLC in the amount of $146,290, with the addition
of 10% contingency bringing the totalapproved budget to $160,919, $151,410 to be funded by
the 2020 Bond Fund and $9,509 to be funded by the Sinking Fund.

I move the Board of Education reconfirm the Bloomfield Hills Schools Extended Continuity of
Learning Plan, as mandated monthly by the Senate Return to Learn Bill Package, and as
presented by the Administration to include the application of metrics to the document approved
by the Board of Education on September 24, 2020.
B. Approval of 2020-21 December Budget Amendments
