I move the Board of Education approve Bid # 1701, EHMS Elevator Jack Replacement to
Detroit Elevator Company in the amount of $59,886.00 . With the addition of Construction
Management fee ($1,138.00), Contingency ($5,989.00) and General Conditions ($2,000.00) the
total for this package is $69,013.00 .
G. Request to Approve Disbursement Reports

I move that the Board of Education approve the disbursement reports as presented.
H. Approval of Substitute Teacher Rates

I move that the proposed pay rates for substitute teachers be approved as presented
effective with the 2017-18 school year.
I. Technology Equipment Replacement – Broadcast/AV

I move the Board of Education award the Technology Equipment Replacement – Broadcast/AV
bid to AVI Systems, Inc.. as the lowest bidder to specifications (Bid 1015), for the amount
of $31,755.00. Awarded bid amount to be paid from the BHHS Capital Equipment Fund.
